Ingredients

  • 250 g Bread Flour Strong White
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Yeast Instant
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 150 ml Water Warm
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Passata
  • 1-2 cloves Garlic Finely chopped
  • 100 g Mozzarella Cheese Sliced
  • 1 handful Basil Leaves Fresh

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast and salt. Add the olive oil and warm water, then mix until it forms a dough.
  • Knead the dough for 10-15 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Place it in a lightly oiled bowl and cover with a damp cloth. Leave it to proof for 1 hour in a warm place until it has doubled in size.
  • Preheat your oven to 220°C. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired size and thickness.
  • Spread the tomato passata over the pizza base and sprinkle with garlic. Add the mozzarella cheese on top and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove the pizza from the oven and garnish with fresh basil leaves. Slice and serve hot.
