1tspSalt
1/2tspBlack Pepper
1tspDried Oregano
1tspDried Thyme
1/2tspCrushed ChilliesAdjust to taste
2tbspOlive Oil
ParsleyChopped for garnish
Instructions
Combine the minced garlic, salt, black pepper, dried oregano, dried thyme, and red pepper flakes in a mixing bowl.
Place bite-sized chicken pieces into the bowl, tossing them thoroughly to coat with the seasoning mixture. Allow the chicken to marinate for approximately 10 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add the marinated chicken pieces to the skillet, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan. It might be necessary to cook the chicken in batches.
Cook the chicken for roughly 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are fully cooked with a pleasing golden-brown hue. Verify that the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 75°C (165°F).
Once the chicken is cooked, take it out of the skillet and set it aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Reintroduce the cooked chicken to the skillet, gently tossing it in the melted garlic butter for a few minutes to achieve even coating.
Remove from heat and embellish with freshly chopped parsley.
Present the Garlic Butter Chicken Bites while still hot, serving them as an appetizer, snack, or main dish alongside your preferred side accompaniments.
