Ingredients

  • 250 g Wheat Flour Whole
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vegetable Oil
  • 150 g Mozzarella Cheese Grated
  • 2 Green Chilies Finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Chopped
  • Water As needed

Instructions

  • Combine whole wheat flour, salt, and vegetable oil in a mixing bowl.
  • Gradually add water into the mixture and knead until the dough becomes smooth and flexible. Cover it with a damp cloth and allow it to rest for 30 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, combine grated cheddar cheese, finely chopped green chilies, red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and fresh coriander leaves.
  • Divide the dough into equal portions and shape each portion into a ball.
  • Flatten one of the dough balls into a circle, place a portion of the cheese mixture in the centre, and fold the edges to seal it. Roll it out again to form a paratha.
  • Heat a griddle or tawa over medium heat and cook the paratha on both sides until it turns golden brown, adding a small amount of oil or ghee as needed.
  • Repeat the process with the remaining dough balls and cheese mixture.
  • Serve the parathas hot, accompanied by yoghurt or chutney.
