In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced mangoes, finely chopped red onion, and finely chopped green chilli.
Squeeze the juice of one lime over the mixture. The lime juice will add a zesty flavour to the salsa.
Add the freshly chopped coriander leaves to the bowl for a burst of freshness.
Season the mixture with 1 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of black pepper, and 1/2 tsp of sugar. Adjust the salt and chilli to your taste preference.
Gently toss all the ingredients together until well combined.
Allow the mango salsa to sit for about 15 minutes to let the flavours meld together.
