In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour with a pinch of salt. Gradually add water and knead into a smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
Add ginger garlic paste and green chilies. Cook for another minute.
Add chicken mince, garam masala, ground cumin, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the chicken is fully cooked and the mixture is dry.
Stir in fresh coriander and let the mixture cool.
Divide the dough into equal-sized portions and roll each portion into a ball.
Flatten a dough ball into a small disc. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center.
Bring the edges of the dough together to enclose the filling and seal tightly.
Roll out the stuffed dough ball into a paratha, ensuring the filling is evenly distributed.
Heat a griddle or frying pan over medium heat. Place a rolled paratha onto the hot surface.
Cook until golden brown spots appear on one side, then flip and cook the other side.
Apply a little oil on both sides while cooking until the paratha is cooked through and crispy.
Remove the paratha from the pan and serve hot with yogurt, pickles, or chutney.
