In a blender, grind the blanched and peeled almonds into a fine powder.
In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
Add the ground almond powder to the milk and stir well.
Let the mixture simmer for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the sugar, saffron strands, and cardamom powder to the milk mixture.
Continue to simmer for another 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Remove from heat and allow the Badam Milk to cool slightly before serving.
Serve warm or chilled, garnished with a few strands of saffron, if desired.
