Ingredients

  • 500 g Potatoes
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
  • ½ tsp Smoked Paprika
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Onion Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan 180°C).
  • Cut the potatoes into wedges, leaving the skin on for extra crispiness.
  • In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until combined.
  • Toss the potato wedges in the seasoning mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  • Place the wedges on a baking tray in a single layer.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
