Cut the potatoes into wedges. No need to peel them, just ensure they’re clean and dry.
In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil until evenly coated.
Sprinkle paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper over the potato wedges. Toss again to evenly distribute the seasonings.
Spread the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the wedges are golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through the cooking time for even browning.
Once done, remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
