200mlDouble Creamdouble cream

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.
Place chicken breasts in the skillet and cook until golden brown on each side, about 5-6 minutes per side.
Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add butter to the skillet and allow it to melt.
Add finely chopped onion and cook for about 3-4 minutes until softened.
Pour in the double cream, dried thyme, and dried rosemary. Stir to combine.
Bring the mixture to a simmer and then reduce the heat to low.
Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, spooning the creamy garlic butter sauce over them.
Simmer for another 5-7 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
