In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, dried oregano, dried thyme, and cayenne pepper.
Add the chicken wings to the bowl and thoroughly toss them in the marinade until they’re well coated. Cover the bowl with cling film and allow the wings to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. If time is limited, you can skip this step and go directly to cooking.
Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
Place a wire rack on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Arrange the marinated chicken wings in a single layer on the wire rack.
Bake the wings in the preheated oven for approximately 25 minutes, or until they’re fully cooked and the skin turns crispy, flipping them halfway through for even cooking.
Once done, take the chicken wings out of the oven and transfer them to a serving plate.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the hot wings.
Enjoy the garlic-infused chicken wings with the melted Parmesan cheese on top either as an appetizer or accompanied by your preferred dipping sauce.
