Ingredients

  • 800 g Potatoes washed and cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Dried Rosemary
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (fan-assisted).
  • In a large mixing bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, dried rosemary, dried thyme, and dried oregano until the potatoes are evenly coated.
  • Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Season the potatoes with salt and black pepper according to your taste preferences.
  • Roast the potatoes in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside.
