Add the lamb pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or for the best results, marinate overnight.
Preheat your grill or oven to a high temperature (approximately 220°C or 430°F).
Thread the marinated lamb pieces onto skewers.
Place the skewers on the grill or in the oven and cook for approximately 15-20 minutes, turning them occasionally, until the lamb is cooked through and has a delightful char.
