Ingredients
200gWheat Flour
2tbspOil
½tspSalt
350mlWater
Instructions
In a bowl add the flour, salt, oil and stir until combined
Add the water in parts and whisk until a thin batter forms
On a skillet brush the pan with oil
Use a ladle to pour the batter into the skillet
Cook on one side for 2-3 minutes on medium heat until brown spots begin to appear
Flip and brush with oil then cook for a further 2-3 minutes
