Ingredients

  • 4 Potatoes
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Begin by preheating your oven to 220°C (430°F).
  • Thoroughly wash the potatoes, then use a mandolin or a sharp knife to slice them into thin rounds or chips.
  • Take a large bowl and mix olive oil, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  • Add the sliced potatoes to the bowl and toss them with the spice mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  • Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat and arrange the spiced potato slices in a single layer.
  • Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until the chips turn golden brown and crispy. Remember to flip them halfway through the baking time for even cooking.
  • Once the chips are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
