Ingredients
200gSweetcorn
1Onion
1Tomatoes
½tspBlack Pepper
1tspChaat Masala
½tspCrushed Chillies
½tspSalt
1tspGreen Chutney
1tbspTomato Ketchup
1 tbspTamarind Chutney
1tbspLemon Juice
Coriander
Instructions
If using fresh corn, then bring a large pot of salted water to a boil then add the corn and allow to simmer for five minutes until cooked through (see note 1)
Drain the corn then allow to cool (see note 2)
As the corn is cooling finely chop the onion, tomato and coriander then add into a large bowl
Once the corn has cooled down add into the bowl along with the rest of the ingredients
