1 loaf Italian Bread Halved crosswise 3 cloves Garlic 6 tbsp Olive Oil
On a baking sheet toast the bread slices under a preheated broiler for about 2 minutes on each side, or until they are golden.
Transferring them as they are toasted to a work surface.
Rub one side of each toast slice with the cut side of a garlic clove, drizzle or brush it generously with olive oil.
