1 kg Chicken Wings 100 g Plain Flour 1/2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Garlic Powder 1 tsp Paprika 50 g Butter Unsalted 125 ml Hot Sauce Such as Frank's RedHot 2 tbsp Honey Vegetable Oil For Frying
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Mix together plain flour, garlic powder, paprika, and salt in a bowl.
Coat chicken wings in the flour mixture and shake off any excess.
Heat enough vegetable oil in a deep-frying pan to cover the wings.
Fry the chicken wings in batches for 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
