  • 8 Lamb Chops
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tbsp Rosemary Finely chopped
  • Lemon
  • 2 tbsp OIl
  • Salt To taste
  • Black Pepper To taste

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix together minced garlic, chopped rosemary, lemon zest and juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Place the lamb chops in a large dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring all chops are thoroughly coated. Cover the dish and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Take the lamb chops out of the marinade, shaking off any excess, and grill them for approximately 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare or until they reach your preferred level of doneness.
  • Allow the lamb chops to rest for a few minutes before serving to allow the juices to redistribute.
  • Serve the grilled lamb chops with a side of grilled vegetables or a fresh salad for a delightful meal.

Notes

Marinating the lamb for at least 2 hours is crucial for optimal flavour. Allowing the marinade to penetrate the meat enhances the taste significantly.
For even better results, marinate the lamb chops overnight if possible.
