Ingredients
  

  • 500 ml Water
  • 10 g Tea Leaves Black
  • 10 g GInger Fresh, thinly sliced
  • 2 Cloves
  • 2 Cardamom Pods Green
  • 2 Black Peppercorns
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick About 5 cm
  • 10 ml Milk
  • 10 g Sugar adjust to taste

Instructions

  • Begin by placing a saucepan on the stove, and into it, pour water. Add in ginger, cloves, cardamom pods, black peppercorns, and the cinnamon stick. Heat the mixture until it reaches a boiling point.
  • Once the liquid is boiling, introduce loose black tea leaves and reduce the heat to maintain a gentle simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Integrate milk into the simmering tea, allowing it to simmer together for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Now, incorporate sugar into the mixture, adjusting it to your preferred level of sweetness. Stir thoroughly and let it continue simmering for an additional 2-3 minutes. Adjust the sugar according to your taste.
  • Turn off the heat source and carefully strain the aromatic tea into cups or mugs.
  • Serve your delightful "Kadak Chai" while it's still hot and savor its robust flavor!
