Ingredients

  • 500 g Brussel Sprouts Trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika Optional, for extra flavour

Instructions

  • Begin by preheating your oven to 220°C (430°F) and either line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • In a large mixing bowl, blend the halved Brussels sprouts, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika (if desired). Ensure that the Brussels sprouts are thoroughly coated with the seasoning.
  • Arrange the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they have enough space to roast evenly and achieve a delightful crispiness.
  • Insert the baking sheet into the preheated oven and roast for approximately 20 minutes or until the Brussels sprouts are tender on the inside and beautifully caramelized on the outside. You can gently shake or stir them halfway through to ensure uniform cooking.
  • Once perfectly roasted, take the Brussels sprouts out of the oven and serve promptly.
