Ingredients

  • 300 g Oreos Crushed
  • 200 g Cream Cheese Softened
  • 200 g White Chocolate Melted
  • 50 g Dark Chocolate Melted (for decoration)

Instructions

  • Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs either using a food processor or doing it manually.
  • Combine the softened cream cheese with the crushed Oreos in a mixing bowl and mix until thoroughly blended.
  • Shape the mixture into small, bite-sized balls and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Place the Oreo balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm them up.
  • While the Oreo balls are chilling, melt the white chocolate either in a microwave or by using a double boiler on the stovetop.
  • Dip each chilled Oreo ball into the melted dark chocolate, ensuring it is completely coated, using a fork or toothpick. Return them to the parchment paper.
  • Decorate the chocolate-coated Oreo truffles by drizzling melted dark chocolate over them.
  • Let the chocolate coating set by refrigerating the truffles for an additional 15-20 minutes.
  • Your Oreo truffles are now ready to be enjoyed!
