  • 800 g Potatoes Cut into Wedges
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 4 Cloves Minced
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Parsley Chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan).
