500 g Chicken Breast Sliced into Strips 100 g Plain Flour 2, Eggs Beaten 150 g Breadcrumbs 1 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Garlic Powder 1 tsp Onion Powder 1 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Black Pepper 2 tbsp Oil
Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan).
In a shallow dish, combine the plain flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Dip each chicken strip into the flour mixture, ensuring it is well-coated.
Next, dip the floured chicken strips into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off.
Finally, coat the chicken strips with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to ensure the breadcrumbs adhere well.
Arrange the breaded chicken strips on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken strips to help them crisp up in the oven.
Bake for 20 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
