Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Chicken Breast Sliced into Strips
  • 100 g Plain Flour
  • 2, Eggs Beaten
  • 150 g Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan).
  • In a shallow dish, combine the plain flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Dip each chicken strip into the flour mixture, ensuring it is well-coated.
  • Next, dip the floured chicken strips into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off.
  • Finally, coat the chicken strips with breadcrumbs, pressing gently to ensure the breadcrumbs adhere well.
  • Arrange the breaded chicken strips on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken strips to help them crisp up in the oven.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
