200 g Plain Yogurt 50 g Boondi small, fried chickpea flour balls 1 Onion finely chopped 1 Tomato deseeded and finely chopped 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder 1/4 tsp Chilli Powder 1/4 tsp Chaat Masala Salt to taste Coriander for garnish
In a mixing bowl, whisk the plain yogurt until smooth.
Add the chopped onion, chopped tomato, and boondi to the yogurt.
Sprinkle ground cumin, ground coriander, red chilli powder, chaat masala, and salt over the yogurt mixture.
Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
