Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Plain Yogurt
  • 50 g Boondi small, fried chickpea flour balls
  • 1 Onion finely chopped
  • 1 Tomato deseeded and finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Chaat Masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander for garnish

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk the plain yogurt until smooth.
  • Add the chopped onion, chopped tomato, and boondi to the yogurt.
  • Sprinkle ground cumin, ground coriander, red chilli powder, chaat masala, and salt over the yogurt mixture.
  • Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
  • Serve chilled as a refreshing side dish with your favourite Indian meal.
