1 kg Chicken Wings 2 tbsp Olive Oil 5 cloves Garlic 50 g Parmesan Cheese 2 tbsp Parsley 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Black Pepper 1 tsp Paprika 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
While the wings are baking, heat a small pan over medium heat and add a bit of olive oil.
Sauté the finely chopped garlic until fragrant and golden, being careful not to burn it.
Once the wings are cooked, transfer them to a large bowl.
Add the sautéed garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, and lemon juice to the bowl with the wings.
Toss everything together until the wings are well coated with the garlic Parmesan mixture.
Serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
