500 g Potatoes 2 tbsp Olive Oil 1 tsp Cajun Seasoning ½ tsp Smoked Paprika ½ tsp Garlic Powder ½ tsp Onion Powder ½ tsp Salt ½ tsp Black Pepper
Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan 180°C).
Cut the potatoes into wedges, leaving the skin on for extra crispiness.
