Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Potatoes Cut into Fries
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 100 g Mozzarella Cheese Grated
  • 1 tbsp Parsley Fresh, Chopped
  • Salt To Taste
  • Black Pepper To Taste

Instructions

  • Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
  • Add the fries to the pan and fry them for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and crispy.
  • Once the fries are cooked, drain any excess oil and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to the fries. Toss well to ensure they are evenly coated.
  • Transfer the fries to a baking tray and sprinkle the grated cheese evenly on top.
  • Place the tray under a preheated grill for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts and turns slightly golden.
  • Remove from the grill, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
