500 g Potatoes Cut into Fries 2 tbsp Olive Oil 1 tsp Garlic Powder 1 tsp Smoked Paprika 100 g Mozzarella Cheese Grated 1 tbsp Parsley Fresh, Chopped Salt To Taste Black Pepper To Taste
Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
Add the fries to the pan and fry them for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and crispy.
Once the fries are cooked, drain any excess oil and place them in a large mixing bowl.
Add the garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to the fries. Toss well to ensure they are evenly coated.
Transfer the fries to a baking tray and sprinkle the grated cheese evenly on top.
Place the tray under a preheated grill for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts and turns slightly golden.
Remove from the grill, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
