  • 500 g Fries Frozen
  • 200 g Cheddar Cheese grated
  • 100 g Cream Cheese
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Jalapeños sliced
  • Coriander Fresh optional, for garnish, chopped

Instructions

  • Begin by cooking the ready-made frozen fries according to the package instructions until they are crispy and golden brown.
  • While the fries are cooking, prepare the cheese sauce. In a saucepan, combine the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, milk, paprika, and garlic powder over medium heat.
  • Stir until the cheese has melted and the mixture is smooth.
  • Once the fries are cooked, remove them from the oven and drizzle the cheese sauce over the top.
  • If desired, add sliced jalapeños for an extra kick.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander before serving.
