Ingredients
  

  • 500 ml Milk Whole
  • 100 g White Chocolate Chopped
  • 50 ml Double Cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt
  • Whipped Cream To Serve
  • White Chocolate Shavings, to Serve

Instructions

  • In a saucepan, heat the whole milk over medium heat until it begins to steam, but do not let it boil.
  • Add the chopped white chocolate, stirring continuously until it has fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
  • Stir in the double cream, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt, mixing well to combine.
  • Once heated through, remove the saucepan from the heat.
  • Pour the white hot chocolate into mugs, topping each with a generous dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of white chocolate shavings for an elegant finish.
  • Serve immediately.
