Green Chutney

A simple green chutney recipe that goes well with spicy Indian appetisers. It not only tastes delicious, but its low-calorie count makes it one of the healthiest dips available.

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g Coriander
  • 50 g Mint
  • 3 Green Chillies
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Onions
  • 1 Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Water

Instructions

  • In a food processer add all the ingredients and blend until all the ingredients are broken down and form a thick paste – at this point the mixture can be frozen
  • Serve as a dipping sauce alongside homemade aloo samosas and enjoy!
