Chicken Kali Mirch

Ingredients
  

  • 100 ml Oil
  • 750 g Chicken
  • 200 g Yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 Onions
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Crushed Chillies
  • Coriander
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds

Instructions

  • Heat the oil in the pan on medium heat until hot.
  • Add the ginger paste and garlic paste then sauté for 1-2 minutes on medium heat.
  • Add the finely diced onions and cook for 4-5 minutes until softened.
  • Add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes on high heat until the chicken changes colour.
  • Add the salt, black pepper, and crushed chillies then cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat.
  • Add the yoghurt and cook for a further 6-8 minutes on medium heat.
  • Add the chopped coriander, crushed cumin seeds and chopped green chillies
  • Serve alongside some homemade naan and enjoy!
