- 100 ml Oil
- 750 g Chicken
- 200 g Yoghurt
- 1 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
- 1 Onions
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Crushed Chillies
- Coriander
- 2 Green Chillies
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
Heat the oil in the pan on medium heat until hot.
Add the ginger paste and garlic paste then sauté for 1-2 minutes on medium heat.
Add the finely diced onions and cook for 4-5 minutes until softened.
Add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes on high heat until the chicken changes colour.
Add the salt, black pepper, and crushed chillies then cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat.
Add the yoghurt and cook for a further 6-8 minutes on medium heat.
Add the chopped coriander, crushed cumin seeds and chopped green chillies
Serve alongside some homemade naan and enjoy!
