No Dough Paratha

This no-dough paratha recipe is so simple to make and takes only 15 minutes to prepare. Soft, flaky, and flavourful, perfect to serve with halwa puri and chana masala for an authentic Indian-style breakfast.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Wheat Flour
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 350 ml Water

Instructions

  • In a bowl add the flour, salt, oil and stir until combined
  • Add the water in parts and whisk until a thin batter forms
  • On a skillet brush the pan with oil
  • Use a ladle to pour the batter into the skillet
  • Cook on one side for 2-3 minutes on medium heat until brown spots begin to appear
  • Flip and brush with oil then cook for a further 2-3 minutes
  • Serve immediately with a side of curry and enjoy!
