Tandoori Lamb Chops
Warming, aromatic, and flavourful these tandoori lamb chops are baked until tender, succulent, and falling off the bone. Serve as part of a main meal with a salad and oven chips for a delicious and healthy home-cooked meal.

700 g Lamb Chops 100 g Yoghurt 1 tbsp Tandoori Masala 1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli 1 tsp Turmeric Powder 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Chilli Powder 1 tsp Black Pepper 1 tsp Cumin Powder 1 tsp Ginger Paste 1 tsp Garlic Paste 1 tbsp Lemon Juice 1 tbsp Olive Oil
In a bowl add the marinade ingredients into a bowl then mix until a thick paste forms
Add the lamb chops and cover the masala over the lamb chops evenly then set aside and leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes
Once marinated line a large tray with foil and spread the lamb chops in a single layer
Cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C/400°F/gas mark 6 for 1 hour
Remove the foil and flip over the lamb chops then baste the lamb chops with the juices in the tray and bake for a further 20 minutes
Serve immediately alongside some chunky chips and enjoy!
