Ingredients
  

  • 400 g Tuna Canned
  • 50 ml Oil
  • 3 Onions
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 4 Garlic
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 Green Chillies

Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat until it reaches a high temperature.
  • Incorporate the finely chopped onions into the heated oil and sauté for 4-5 minutes until they become tender.
  • Add the minced garlic cloves to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Sprinkle in the salt, chili powder, and turmeric powder, and cook the spices for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the diced tomatoes to the mixture and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes.
  • Add the canned tuna and continue cooking for 5-7 minutes.
  • Add the thinly sliced green chilies and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Serve promptly with homemade chapatti on the side and savour the meal!
