1 Tortilla 2 tbsp Pizza Sauce 1/2 Bell Pepper 1 handful Tomatoes Cherry, Cut in half 30 g Sweetcorn 1/2 Onion 50 g Cheese Mozzarella 1 pinch Oregano 1 pinch Crushed Chillies
Place a tortilla on a pizza pan then spread on the pizza sauce all over the tortilla
Add on your preferred toppings, followed by mozzarella cheese and a pinch of dried oregano and crushed chillies
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) gas mark 4 for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted
Serve as a quick snack and enjoy!
